In all cases, bookings are only confirmed after written confirmation and payment of the balance for the night(s).

Article 3 : Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made either by e-mail or by post or on the websites.
For cancellations made more than 45 days before the scheduled arrival date for gîtes, 100% of the reservation payment will be refunded less 2.5% administration costs.
For all cancellations made less than 46 days before the scheduled arrival date for the gîtes, 100% of the reservation payment will be retained as cancellation compensation unless Ferme Boisquillon has been able to re-let the accommodation on the same financial terms.
If the stay is shortened, the rental price is retained by the lessor. In this case, no refund will be made.
If, due to exceptional circumstances, Ferme Boisquillon has to cancel the holiday, an alternative solution will be proposed. The sums already paid will be refunded in full to finance the alternative solution.
